Duplicate
Use this option to import contacts duplicating the coinciding contacts. E.g. there are two records - 'A' and 'B' - in your ONLYOFFICE™ CRM. You want to import 'B' and 'C' records. In case you select the 'Duplicate' option, a duplicate record to 'B' will be created while importing.
Check for duplicates will be performed based on the Email field.
Overwrite
Use this option to import contacts overwriting the existing contacts. E.g. there are two records - 'A' and 'B' - in your ONLYOFFICE™ CRM. You want to import 'B' and 'C' records. In case you select the 'Overwrite' option, the existing 'B' will be overwritten by the imported one while importing.
Skip
Use this option to import contacts keeping the existing contacts. E.g. there are two records - 'A' and 'B' - in your ONLYOFFICE™ CRM. You want to import 'B' and 'C' records. In case you select the 'Skip' option, the existing 'B' will be preserved while importing.
