When you unite revisions in a version the number of versions displayed next to the file title will be updated.</p>
<p>You may not only <b>Download</b> any version or version revision, but also <b>Preview</b> it or <b>Enter a comment</b> using the corresponding icon which appears when you hold the mouse cursor over the needed version/revision.</p>
<p>If you need to notify a portal user in the <b>Comments</b>, you can use the <b>Mention</b> option. To do this, enter the '@' sign into the textfield. A list of other users opens. Select the necessary person and click on it. The corresponding email address (specified in the profile) of the user will be automatically added into the comment as a link. Once the comment is added, the mentioned user will be notified via chat.</p>
<p>To manage documents attached to your discussion, open the discussion page and switch to the <b>Documents</b> tab on the top. Place the mouse cursor over the attached document and use corresponding icons to perform the necessary action:</p>
