<p>Do you want to add new users to your portal ONLYOFFICE but the pricing plan restricts the number of users and you don't know how to change it? Are you tired of paying for your portal every month? Or may be you are just not satisfied with the pricing plan that you're using now?</p>

<p>Follow the steps described below and you will easily manage your pricing plan.</p>

<h2 id="step1"><span class="style_step">Step 1. </span>Enter your portal and go to the <b>Payments</b> section</h2>
|

<li><p>First of all enter portal using your email address and password. If you have already logged in to the portal and have been using it for a while, let's move on. </p></li>
|

<li><p>Click the <img alt="Settings icon" src="<%=VirtualPathUtility.ToAbsolute("~/images/Help/Guides/small/guide59/optionsicon.png")%>" /> icon in the upper right corner of the page or open the <b>Choose</b> drop-down list next to the <b>ONLYOFFICE</b> logo and choose the <b>Settings</b> option. On the <b>Settings</b> page click the <b>Payments</b> section on the left-side panel.</p></li>

<p>If you decided to change your pricing plan, please:</p>

<li><p>choose the pricing plan which seems more appropriate to you, checking the box:</p></li>

<li><p>when the <b>Buy</b> window will be opened leave the <b>Do not show this message</b> box unchecked or check it if you are sure that you don't want to see this message again;</p></li>

<h2 id="step3"><span class="style_step">Step 3. </span>Fill out the forms in the 'Billing Information' section</h2>

<p>When you press the button you will find yourself on the payment page, in the <b>Billing Information</b> section. Here you need to fill out all the forms paying special attention to those fields marked with <b>*</b>.</p>
|

<li><p>For your convenience, select a currency which you want the price to be displayed in.</p></li>
|
|
<li><p>Complete the form under the <b>Billing Information</b> title: </p>

<li>type in your real first and last name, address, city and zip code;</li>

<li>choose a country from the drop down list;</li>

<li>choose your state or province from the drop down list;</li>

<li>enter your active email address and confirm it.</li>
|

<li><p>Fill in the <b>Payment Options</b>:</p>
|
|

<li>examine all the available options in the <b>Payment Options</b> drop down list and choose the appropriate one;</li>
|

<li>choose the <b>Billing currency</b>.</li>

<li><p>Click the <b>Continue</b> button.</p></li>

<h2 id="step4"><span class="style_step">Step 4. </span>Fill out the forms in the 'Confirmation and Payment' section</h2>

<li><p>In the <b>Confirmation and Payment</b> section verify the <b>Billing/Delivery information</b>:</p></li>

<li value="2"><p>In the <b>Review and Place Order</b> area type in information about the card which your are going to use to pay for service:</p>
|
|
<ul>
|
|
<li>type in a card number;</li>
|
|
<li>in the drop down lists choose a card expiration date (month and year);</li>
|
|
<li>introduce three digit security code (CVV2/CVC2 code);</li>
|
|
<li>enter your name exactly as it appears on the card.</li>
|
|
</ul>
|
|

|
|

<li><p>Check the <b>Enable auto-renewal for this order</b> box if you want to repeat the payment automatically every month.</p>

You can stop the recurring payments by logging in to 2Checkout myAccount, going to the <b>My Products</b> area and by clicking the <b>Stop automatic license renewal</b> beneath ONLYOFFICE product that has this option enabled.

<li><p>Click the <b>Place order</b> button.</p></li>
|
|
</ol>
|
|
<p>Bear in mind, that if you decide to disable some users with the aim of cutting your expenses and changing the pricing plan, the price will be reduced only starting with the next payment period.</p>
|
|
<p>If you add more users than your pricing plan allows the system will automatically recalculate the cost taking into consideration all the payments that have been made and will offer to pay the deficient amount of money. So you don't need to scratch your head calculating it yourself.</p>
|
|

The system automatically recalculates the cost only if you increase the number of active users. If you want to change your pricing plan to the one with the smaller number of users you need to go through the procedure described above one more time.
